Slobodné Vinárstvo Vronski 2022 | White Dry Wine

Vronski is a Slavic gentleman with French upbringing and manners, combining the nobility of the Sauvignon Blanc variety with the deep history of the Zemianske Sady vineyards. This wine belongs to the Slovak Winemaking Postmoderna category and represents a fresh, varietal style intended for everyday enjoyment. Its unique character was achieved through semi-carbonic maceration, where a portion of whole clusters fermented with unsettled must for seven days.

The aging process took place in ovoids—special egg-shaped vessels that allow for natural micro-oxidation through semi-permeable walls. This technique ensured that the wine retained its typical Sauvignon aromatics and fruitiness without being influenced by woody notes. Vronski is an honest, unfiltered white wine that reveals the juiciness and energy of organically grown grapes in every sip.

Serving: at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C, ideal for summer barbecues, autumn pumpkin soup, or roasted vegetables.
