Slobodné Vinárstvo Partisan Cru blanc 2021 | White Dry Wine

This wine represents a flagship and one of the winery's crucial achievements. It is a precisely crafted white blend, for which the winemakers selected the finest barrels of Riesling and Sauvignon. The production process follows the same principles and techniques as the red Partisan Cru – the wines first matured for a year in oak barrels made from wood from their own forest, followed by another year in clay amphoras.

This two-year aging process granted the wine extraordinary complexity and depth while maintaining its natural energy and identity. Unfined and unfiltered, it is an honest, layered wine with a solid structure, representing the best of the Slovak Cru portfolio. The fusion of Riesling's spiciness and Sauvignon's aromatic profile, combined with the influence of the amphora, creates a unique tasting experience with a long finish.

Serving: at a temperature of 10 – 12 °C, with sophisticated fish preparations, white meats, or aged cheeses.
