A fundamental yet unexpectedly diverse white wine that serves as the perfect introduction to the natural style of this winery. It is a natural blend of Grüner Veltliner, Devín, and Sauvignon Blanc, which matured in various types of vessels. Interestingly, this assemblage combines grapes from different vintages, allowing the wine to maintain consistent quality and a rich character. Each variety contributed its own unique element – from the spiciness of Veltliner to the aromatic profile of Devín and the freshness of Sauvignon.

The wine was neither fined nor filtered, thus preserving its natural energy and texture. It offers a rich aroma and flavor that surprises with its complexity. It is an honest, straightforward, and highly drinkable wine that makes no pretenses, relying on pure fruitiness and artisanal skill.

Serving: at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C, ideal for summer barbecues, autumn pumpkin soup, or winter roasted vegetables.
