An elegant rosé with a profound message, coming from a specific plot in Zemianske Sady where Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Alibernet grow together. The name is inspired by a famous climbing route in Buoux, France, reflecting moments when mastering a key challenge is necessary to move forward. This "soulful rosé" fermented in Spanish clay amphoras called Tinajas and subsequently aged in ovoids. It was neither fined nor filtered, preserving its authentic soul.

Through direct pressing and meticulous aging, the wine gained a noble structure and character that places it within the Slovak Cru line. It is an honest, uncompromising wine that combines the energy of the terroir with an artistic approach to winemaking.
