This Grüner Veltliner from a young vineyard in Dubník brings a balanced and firm structure to the glass, shaped by the specific terroir of the South Slovak region. Sunny slopes and loamy-clay soil with calcium content have imprinted the wine with characteristic quality and subtle minerality. From the first moment, it captivates with a fresh and clean aroma, blending an interesting fruit cocktail with an elegant background.

The palate is dominated by notes of yellow melon and pomelo, harmoniously complemented by a subtle hint of toasted bread crust. It is a modern dry white wine with an honest varietal expression, prepared in the historic cellars of the Pezinok Castle. It feels fresh and dynamic, making it an excellent choice for lovers of straightforward and structured wines with a clear origin.
