Rawson´s Retreat Shiraz Cabernet 2021 750ml

Rawson´s Retreat Shiraz Cabernet 2021 | Red Dry Wine

This cuvée combines the structure of Cabernet with the richness of Shiraz into a form that relies on harmony and immediate approachability. The result is a medium-bodied wine with a hint of vanilla that maintains a juicy fruit expression and a firm, well-built backbone. It is an ideal choice for lovers of balanced red wines, where spicy nuances do not overshadow the natural character of the grapes but tastefully complement it.

The nose is a direct invitation to the world of dark fruit, led by ripe blackberries and blackcurrants. This fruity profile gradually transitions into more complex notes of oriental spices and dark chocolate. On the palate, it feels fuller with low, very discreet acidity and soft, integrated tannins that give the texture a silky touch. The medium-intense finish with a vanilla note confirms the overall elegance and precise craftsmanship of this vintage.

Serving: at a temperature of 16 – 18 °C, with game, beef steak, or matured hard cheeses.
