Ostrožovič Mysteria Tokaj cuvée ľadové víno | White Sweet Wine

A rare nectar of amber-gold color, representing a true treasure of the Tokaj land. This exceptional ice wine was produced after 11 long years. It comes from hand-picked Furmint and Lipovina grapes harvested early in the morning at -9 °C, with sugar levels reaching an impressive 31 °NM. Immediate pressing of the frozen berries preserved concentrated notes of sweet raisins soaked in honey within its aroma.

The high extract of overripe raisins and dried figs in the finish harmonizes exquisitely thanks to slow maturation in the bottle. This is a wine destined for unforgettable experiences.

Serving: at a temperature of 8 – 12 °C, with delicate desserts, goose liver pâté, or aged cheeses.
