This traditional Little Carpathian Blauer Portugieser from Dolné Orešany stands out for its exceptional firmness, balance, and elegant structure. Its juicy palate is dominated by fresh red berry fruit, complemented by soft, well-integrated tannins and a subtle astringency. The medium-full body, featuring a delicate hint of vanilla and refreshing, unobtrusive acidity, concludes with a medium-intense, harmonious finish. This wine offers great aging potential, with an estimated bottle maturity of 1 to 6 years.

In the glass, it presents a deep, bright red color. The nose blends attractive floral aromas with rich notes of stone fruit, among which fresh cherries and sour cherries clearly dominate.

Serving: at a temperature of 14 – 16 °C with lighter preparations of beef and pork, poultry, pasta with tomato-based sauces, or medium-matured cheeses.
