The production involves a manual harvest and careful grape selection, followed by traditional white vinification. A brief cold maceration on the skins was performed to enhance the wine's structure and richness, with the subsequent fermentation occurring under strictly controlled temperatures to preserve its aromatic integrity. It is a sophisticated expression of the variety, capturing the natural balance of its fertile valley origin.

The bouquet offers delightful fruity aromas reminiscent of pear, beautifully interwoven with floral notes of chamomile and magnolia.
