Venta del Puerto N°12 2021 is an elegant and powerful wine from the Valencia region, reflecting the diversity and richness of its terroir. It is a blend of four grape varieties – Tempranillo (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Merlot (10%), and Syrah (10%). After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels and a further 6 months in the bottle, giving it balance, elegance, and a harmonious structure.

The aroma combines notes of ripe black fruit, chocolate, coffee, balsamic hints, and subtle smoke, intertwined with a delicate mineral touch. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with firm yet velvety tannins and a fresh acidity that enhances its fruity character. The finish is long, complex, and spiced with fruit, leaving a pleasant and elegant aftertaste.

Serving: at 16–18 °C, pairs perfectly with beef, lamb, game dishes, stews, aged cheeses, tapas, and Mediterranean cuisine.
