Toison is a Slovak craft gin born from the vision of Pavol Sirotný and Michal Hajský - two passionate creators with a love for bar culture and gastronomic concepts. The gin was developed under the Spirit Company brand in the spa town of Trenčianske Teplice, where their own distillery is located.

Toison gin is produced through the maceration of juniper berries, flowers, and herbs with a wheat spirit base. Distillation takes place in a high-quality Holstein column still, and the final spirit rests in antique ceramic vessels originating from former Czechoslovakia. This process gives the gin a balanced smoothness, natural strength, and complex flavor profile.

The bottle design is distinctive and symbolic - shaped like a bell with an embossed pattern reminiscent of sheep’s wool, referencing the legend of a shepherd who discovered healing springs. The bottle was created in collaboration with a Slovak design studio and has received multiple prestigious packaging awards.

Toison offers a wide portfolio of variants: the classic “Dry” gin, Ruby Red with fruity character, a non-alcoholic version, Navy Strength, and a Mead Barrel edition aged in mead casks. Each variant delivers a unique tasting experience, while all share the brand’s deep and precise signature style.

The Toison distillery also serves as a bar and shop at Likérka in Trenčianske Teplice - a place where visitors can taste gin straight from production, take guided tours, and purchase products. The brand is recognized nationally and internationally as an ambassador of Slovak craft gin, offering a combination of traditional methods, local character, and modern craftsmanship.
