Tatratea 35% Bitter with Gentian is a distinctive tea-based herbal digestif combining fine spirit with extracts of more than 30 mountain herbs, including gentian, milk thistle and wormwood. Natural sweetness comes from fig, raisin and stevia leaf extracts, giving the liqueur balance without excessive sugar. The aroma is herbal, fresh and pleasantly complex.

The flavour opens with a mild sweetness that quickly evolves into the clean, classic bitterness of gentian. Subtle floral hints of rose and jasmine add depth, while the finish is briefly bitter yet smooth. It works perfectly as a post-meal digestif and performs exceptionally well in cocktails.
