The backbone of this fruit spirit is fresh organic mandarins, ripening in the Adriatic orchards near the Croatian city of Zadar. To guarantee absolute control over the quality, the fruit is sourced directly from the growers, completely free from any additives or chemicals. Behind every batch lies an immense amount of patient labor – every single mandarin is carefully hand-picked, peeled, and strictly sorted before processing. The slow distillation is then meticulously managed by master distiller Vierka.

A twelve-month resting period in stainless steel tanks plays a vital role in the final profile, allowing the spirit to naturally mature, soften, and reach its signature smoothness. The result is an exceptionally delicate, crisp citrus spirit with an unmistakable, intense aroma of freshly peeled fruit.
