This pure fruit spirit pays homage to traditional orchard cultivation and precise craft distilling. The foundation of its success is a blend of two popular varieties – fresh, perfectly ripe Evelina and Rubín apples sourced from local orchards in South Moravia. The fruit is processed in pristine condition, completely free from any artificial additives or chemicals. Unlike other spirits in this lineup, the apple mash undergoes a slow triple distillation under the strict supervision of master distiller Vierka, ensuring a remarkably clean spirit.

Time once again provides the final touch and velvety texture to the liquid. The spirit rests for a full 12 months in stainless steel tanks, where it naturally settles and evolves. The result is an exceptionally smooth fruit spirit dominated by a bold, naturally sweet apple aroma and a well-balanced fruit flavor. To fully appreciate its rich bouquet, serving at room temperature is highly recommended. Chilling below freezing point may cause a slight haze due to natural aromatic oils solidifying, which serves as direct proof of its honest, natural origin.
