Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple is a masterfully infused rum inspired by the Charles Dickens character Reverend Stiggins. The bark of hand-cut Victoria pineapples is infused and distilled in our 3 Stars rum, while the fruit flesh is macerated in Original Dark rum. These two components are then blended to create a vibrant and tropical spirit.

On the nose, you’ll notice ripe Victoria pineapple, floral notes and a touch of vanilla. The palate reveals juicy pineapple flavor, underpinned by delicate spice and the warm richness of our dark rum. The finish is long, smooth and slightly exotic, making it ideal for tropical cocktails like Daiquiri or Mai Tai, as well as sipping neat.
