Old St. Croix Black Barrel Navy Spiced is a richly flavored spirit rum from the former A.H. Riise portfolio, now under the Old St. Croix name. This spiced blend was crafted in close collaboration with master distillers and experienced bartenders, specifically to elevate cocktail applications. It ages in heavily charred oak barrels, which soften the spirit by reducing tannins and granting a rounder, more complex character.

On the nose, it reveals mocha, walnuts, lightly burnt figs and subtle oak smoke - an inviting and aromatic profile. The palate brings together warm Christmas spices and dark chocolate, creating a rich and layered taste. The finish returns to mocha, gradually fading into a smooth, warming close. This rum excels in mixed drinks like Cuba Libre or Dark ’n’ Stormy, but is equally enjoyable neat or over ice.
