Koval Cranberry 30% 500ml

Koval Cranberry 30% | Cranberry Gin Liqueur

This organic liqueur from Chicago represents a refined fusion of Dry Gin and tart cranberries, paying homage to aperitif culture. The base is a spirit made from rye whiskey and thirteen selected botanicals, to which succulent cranberry fruits are added. The result is a balanced drink bridging the gap between a strong spirit and a delicate liqueur. Thanks to its organic and kosher certifications, it is a product of the highest purity, ideal for preparing refreshing spritzes with Prosecco or sparkling water.

The nose reveals a fresh herbal line combined with bold red fruit, where juniper and spruce notes are complemented by a bright cranberry trace. The palate is pleasantly tart and bracing, with the fruity component harmoniously balanced by the bittersweet character of the gin. Unlike common liqueurs, it is not overly sweet, highlighting its natural profile. The finish brings a lemony brightness with a slight rosewater exhale and a clean herbal trail that refreshes in any season.
