​​​​​​​Diplomático Single Vintage 2008 is a limited‑edition Venezuelan rum crafted from specially selected reserves distilled in 2008. It undergoes 12 years of aging in bourbon, single malt whisky, and new American oak barrels, followed by a further year in Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a refined, complex spirit with a warm amber hue and a distinctly vintage personality.

On the nose, the rum offers rich aromas of smoky wood, coffee, chocolate, vanilla and ripe fruit, creating a sophisticated and layered bouquet. The palate is gently sweet, with notes of red fruit, wood and espresso, finishing with a smooth, spicy crescendo of cinnamon, pepper and vanilla. Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube to highlight its aged character.
