Bumbu XO is a handcrafted Caribbean rum from Panama, matured for up to 18 years in American bourbon barrels and then finished in Spanish white oak sherry casks. This double ageing process brings a beautifully balanced, rich and smooth character. Distillation happens in a historic still dating back to 1912, driven by traditional craftsmanship and passion.

Aroma and flavour unfold in layers: toffee, toasted oak and vanilla lead the way, followed by bright orange zest, spicy pepper notes, and a subtle hint of coffee. The finish is elegant and enduring. Bumbu XO is perfect neat, over a single ice cube, or as a refined base for premium cocktails.
