Hopalaa Brewery is a Latvian craft brewery located in the village of Vītoliņi near Jelgava. They began as a gypsy brewery in 2018 but swiftly moved to full-scale production driven by creativity and passion. Today they brew a diverse range of beers on-site, including hop-forward IPAs, fruity sours, and full-bodied stouts.

Their philosophy blends playful experimentation with a serious commitment to flavour and quality. The lineup features DDH DIPAs, NEIPAs, West Coast IPAs, fruit sours and more. All beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized, and brewed with honest ingredients—clean and without compromise.

The taproom, set in an industrial zone, welcomes visitors to taste beers straight from the tanks, watch parts of the brew process, and enjoy small community events. Hopalaa is recognized beyond Latvia—its beers are exported across Europe and often part of collaborative projects with other craft breweries.
