Hellstork is an independent craft brewery from the Myjava region in western Slovakia, born from homebrewing passion in 2012. It began as a nomadic brewery, brewing in rented facilities, and later established its own brewhouse in Myjava. Combining technical precision with creativity, Hellstork stands as one of the top Slovak craft breweries, recognized by multiple national awards.

The brewery focuses on top-fermented ale styles - featuring bold IPAs, fruity sours, dark stouts, and experimental wild-fermented beers, often incorporating local ingredients and barrel-aged processes. A notable project is their Wildstork series, showcasing naturally wild fermentation with fruit, spices, and long maturation.

All beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized with no artificial additives. Hellstork actively supports the brewing community through collaborations, educational events, and workshops. Their reputation extends from western Slovakia to craft bars in Prague and Košice.
