Zichovec Cold Brew Berries 500ml CAN

Rodinný pivovar Zichovec Cold Brew Berries | Sour Ale

Cold Brew Berries merges dark forest fruit, cold brew coffee, and vanilla into a unique Sour Ale. Raspberries, blackberries, and blackcurrants create a deep color, bright acidity, and rich berry flavor. A touch of vanilla rounds out the fruitiness, softening the tart edges for a smooth balance.

The coffee layer features custom cold brew from the Alf & Bet roastery. Its smooth coffee notes integrate seamlessly with the tart wheat base. The result is a crisp brew that captures the feeling of an iced coffee poured over juicy berries.

Ingredients: water, BARLEY malt, WHEAT malt, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, coffee, vanilla, hops (Premiant), yeast.
