365 Days of Darkness BA 2023 is a unique Triple Bock aged for a full year in a blend of Calvados and Cognac barrels. This maturation gives the beer its deep ruby colour, warming character and highly complex aroma. The nose reveals layers of caramel, brown sugar and roasted malt, intertwined with dried grapefruit peel, apple brandy notes and a hint of oak from the Cognac barrels.

On the palate, it is smooth, rich and malty with a gentle warmth. The flavour opens with caramel and toasted sugar, followed by nuances of dates, fig jam, liquorice and a delicate touch of anise. The influence of the barrels brings refined fruity sweetness, subtle tannins and a long, elegant finish. A contemplative beer made for slow sipping and colder nights.
