This original NEIPA stands out with its use of rare yeast isolated from a yellow flower native to Réunion Island. Paired with a wheat and barley malt base alongside oat flakes, the beer boasts a silky, full, and intensely juicy body where fermentation art meets modern hopping techniques.

The hop trio of Mosaic, Dolcita, and Talus works in tandem with the unique yeast strain to produce an unusually expressive aromatic profile. The nose and palate are rich with notes of ripe mango, peach, fresh citrus, and tropical fruits, rounded out by a subtle undertone of white flowers.
