The Piggy Brewing Bigorre IPA 440ml CAN

The Piggy Brewing Company Bigorre IPA | Black India Pale Ale

Bigorre IPA blurs the line between a classic hop-forward ale and a dark beer. Pitch dark in appearance, it plays on a contrast of two worlds—roasted malts offer subtle hints of cocoa and light coffee, yet the body remains surprisingly lean, dry, and free of heavy sweetness.

American hop aromatics take full command of the flavor profile. The nose and palate are dominated by notes of pink grapefruit, citrus zest, and pine resin. The finish lands a sharp, clean bitterness that lingers alongside a roasted aftertaste.

Ingredients: water, WHEAT malt (Extra Pale Carafa Special III), BARLEY malt, hops (Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic), yeast.
