This exceptional release from the Beef Juice series returns in its third volume to fully showcase the potential of Bulgarian oak in beer maturation. The Oatmeal Imperial Stout was aged for a remarkable 25 months, acquiring a massive and robust character during this time. Thanks to the use of oats, the beer possesses an incredibly full, "beefy" body with a viscous texture that defines this limited series. Despite the intense oak influence, the beer remains entirely vegan, with an emphasis on the long and natural extraction of flavours from the barrels.

The bouquet is concentrated and deep, dominated by notes of dark chocolate, maple syrup, and a subtle smoky undertone. On the palate, a rich flavour profile develops, featuring bold chocolate and burnt sugar harmoniously complemented by the sweetness of maple syrup. The uniqueness of this special is highlighted by a long marzipan oak finish, the result of more than two years of interaction with the wood. The finish is warming and complex, leaving an elegant trace of almonds and noble maturation on the tongue.
