Sibeeria Virgin ONRB 500ml CAN

Sibeeria Brewery Virgin ONRB | Sour Ale

Crisp citrus aromas greet you immediately in this unique creation, born from a collaboration between Sibeeria Brewery and Brno's Craftbeer Bar. Driven by a desire for a straightforward, pure Sour Ale without added fruit or extra flavorings, the recipe relies on a clean fifty-fifty base of Pilsner and wheat malts with lactic fermentation.

To elevate the final profile, the beer was dry-hopped with Deep Cut Cascade, infusing it with an exceptional lemon-forward character. Featuring minimal bitterness, a crisp fermentation profile, and a vibrant tartness, this release stands out as a pure and refreshing session sour.

Ingredients: water, BARLEY malt, WHEAT malt, hops (Cascade), yeast.
