Sibeeria Thiolized Motueka 500ml CAN

Sibeeria Brewery Thiolized Motueka | Double Dry Hopped Double India Pale Ale

Thiolized Motueka represents a flavor-uncompromising and aromatically dazzling beer experience in the Double IPA style. This clear and thoroughly fermented hop special is a unique celebration of the famous New Zealand Motueka hop variety, which the brewery utilized in every imaginable form and brewing stage. The main role in the entire process is played by a special Mega Motueka blend, further enriched with the innovative Phantasm product. This addition brings extra layers of intense fruit aromatics into the beer. The recipe is completed with classic pellets and modern liquid extract, ensuring hops were added during mashing, boiling, whirlpool, and active fermentation.

The result of this complex technological process is a straightforward and clean hoppy bomb that offers the maximum possible intensity. The higher gravity provides the beer with a solid malt foundation, while the higher alcohol content pleasantly warms the finish. The malt body remains dry, giving perfect space for an explosion of flavors dominated by prominent notes of lime, tropical fruit, and fresh hops. A prominent and uncompromising bitterness inherently belongs to this strong style. It is an ideal choice for all experienced beer lovers looking for clean, dry, and deep hop tones without unnecessary frills.
