The Disappearer is a festive holiday NEIPA built on an exceptionally rich multi-grain bill. The combination of barley, wheat, and rye malts alongside oat flakes and unmalted wheat creates a heavily hazy, full-bodied beer with a smooth, velvety texture.

The hop profile is driven by a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Krush Cryo, and Simcoe. Juicy aromas of white wine grapes, stone fruit, and citrus integrate seamlessly with accents of pine and subtle resinous dankness. It delivers a refreshing, juice-like character backed by a crisp, well-defined bitterness.
