Brewed solely from pale malts with no added sugar or syrup, this IPA is assertively hopped using four varieties – Challenger, Fuggle, Target, and Cascade – from whole, unprocessed hop cones. The result is a beer with sharp aromas of spice and resin, balanced by a gentle bitterness.
