Pühaste Califer Bourbon BA 330ml

Pühaste Brewery Califer Bourbon BA | (Bourbon) Barrel Aged Black Barley Wine

An exceptional Black Barley Wine aged in bourbon barrels. It presents a deep blackish-brown color in the glass, accompanied by a rich aroma combining notes of rye bread, caramel, raisins, and ripe cherries.

The flavor is remarkably rich and velvety. It opens with notes of dried fruit—plums, raisins, and dates—before revealing cocoa, the gentle warmth of bourbon vanilla, and the toasted rye bread character of roasted malts on the mid-palate. This is a silky, warming Barley Wine with a smooth, rounded profile defined by rich dried fruit notes.

Ingredients: water, BARLEY malt, hops, yeast.
