The aroma is deeply herbal and dominated by the scent of birch leaves, grounded by a subtle malt sweetness. On the palate, it reveals a surprisingly full-bodied profile where strong birch notes harmoniously balance with a rich malt foundation. Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops finish the sip with a touch of crisp citrus bitterness. Pohjala Kask is a unique, highly sessionable lager with an authentic Nordic soul.
Ingredients: water, BARLEY malt (Pilsner, Dextrin), birch, hops (Hallertau Mittelfrüh), yeast.
