El Bandido is a new release from the Of The Month 2026 series, delivering a classic Mexican lager style. The recipe builds on light barley malt complemented by the addition of corn. It is the corn that gives this beer its signature pale, crystal-clear color and extreme lightness, making it remarkably easy to drink.

The profile relies on a clean malt backbone with a subtly sweet corn undertone. Hopped exclusively with the Columbus variety, it gets a very gentle bitterness with faint herbal and spicy accents.
