Oakham Citra is the original UK-brewed session IPA made with 100% Citra hops, setting a new standard for modern hop-forward beers. Light golden in colour and brilliantly refreshing, it delivers a vibrant aroma packed with lime, grapefruit, passionfruit and tropical notes. First brewed in 2009 after Oakham’s Brewing Director discovered the then-new Citra hop in the United States, it quickly became a pioneer and an icon among British pale ales.

The flavour is crisp, juicy and zesty, combining citrus peel, mango and hints of pineapple with a subtle malt backbone. A balanced bitterness and dry finish make it exceptionally drinkable while still bursting with hop character. Twice awarded Champion Golden Beer of Britain by CAMRA, Oakham Citra remains a benchmark for session-strength pale ales.
