Mazák Podzimní 750ml

Pivovar Podzimní | India Pale Ale

Mazák Podzimní is a seasonal special brewed by the Czech craft brewery Mazák. This pale, dry 15° American India Pale Ale is crafted specifically for the autumn season, with a strong focus on intense hop aroma.

A blend of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Columbus hops gives it an extraordinarily distinct and complex aromatic profile. The aroma is dominated by an intense combination of citrus notes, along with hints of tropical fruit and prominent resinous undertones, evoking an autumnal feel. The flavour mirrors the aroma with a fruity and resinous character, accompanied by a subtle yet present bitterness and a dry finish. It's a highly aromatic and flavourful autumn IPA.

Ingredients: water, BARLEY malt (Pilsner), hops (Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Columbus), yeast.
