Lindemans Strawberry is a sweet fruit lambic that combines traditional spontaneous fermentation with the intense flavor of fresh strawberries. This one-year-old lambic matures in oak barrels and is enriched with carefully selected strawberry juice, giving it a delicate effervescence and a vibrant red-orange color. It was recently awarded “World’s Best Fruit Lambic” at the World Beer Awards 2022.

The taste is full-bodied and well-balanced, perfectly blending sweetness with subtle tartness. Lindemans Strawberry pairs wonderfully with desserts such as cheesecake, dark chocolate, ice cream, and fruit-based treats, and it complements fresh herbs and mild cheeses, creating a refined and playful drinking experience.
