This limited edition is a prestigious collaboration between the American Humble Forager Brewery and Denmark’s Mikkeller. It is a masterful blend of three different styles aged in barrels for an exceptionally long time: Double Stout (28 months), Barleywine (33 months), and Braggot (38 months). The resulting beer features a thick, syrupy body with a pronounced warmth. Its complex character is further enhanced by an infusion of roasted chestnuts, golden figs, and three selected varieties of cinnamon, creating a layered and deep flavour profile with the unmistakable artisanal signature of both breweries.

The palate is dominated by rich maltiness with notes of dried fruit and a subtle spicy undertone of cinnamon. Long barrel aging imparts notes of wood and fine spirit, which harmoniously blend with the sweetness of figs and the nutty trace of chestnuts. Every sip reveals new layers, from the chocolate and coffee foundations of the stout to the honeyed smoothness of the braggot. This is an extraordinary brew designed for slow sipping and savouring every detail of this complex composition.
