Cirkusbajer is a wild and extravagant Pastry Smoothie Sour Ale, brewed in collaboration between Romania's Hop Hooligans and Denmark's Stepping Stone Brewing Co.

This brew packs a stunt-worthy combo of tropical and exotic fruits: blending dragon fruit, pink guava, passion fruit (maracuja), and peach purees with a bright citrus kick of yuzu. The entire mix is smoothed out by a custom yuzu & dragon fruit ice cream blend, finished with a dash of red beet juice concentrate for a strikingly vibrant color. Give the can a gentle shake before opening – expect a thick, tangy, and dangerously creamy fruit spectacle.
