The third release in a limited premium summer series. The recipe combines a solid malt base of Pilsner, Munich, and wheat malts with an unconventional yet flavor-brilliant combination of fruit and herbs. The main highlights of this Sour Ale are juicy peaches and hand-picked fresh basil, tied together by a clean hop profile utilizing the Magnum variety.

The flavor profile features a light, natural sweetness of ripe peaches mixed with a fresh pop of hand-picked basil. The entire composition is perfectly balanced by a gentle acidity that gives the brew a tremendous spark. It is a smooth, clean, and maximally refreshing beer where fruity notes perfectly merge with herbal elegance into a highly drinkable summer treat.
