A traditional monastic ale from the Chimay Abbey, historically known as a "patersbier"—a beer originally brewed strictly for the monks and abbey guests. Chimay Dorée (Gold) is a light yet deeply flavorful Belgian Trappist ale.

The aroma combines sweet malt and floral notes with a delicate herbal touch, lemon peel, coriander, and subtle peppery spice. On the palate, it delivers crisp carbonation, medium bitterness, and a refined balance of cereal grain, citrus zest, and coriander, leading into a pleasant, herbal-spicy finish. A wonderfully refreshing ale with excellent drinkability.
