Axiom Brewery, Czech republic

Founded in 2019, the company was born from a vision to push the boundaries of traditional beer and introduce uncommon flavour profiles to the market. Its founder, together with an international brewing team, focuses on creative styles with a strong emphasis on technical precision.

Their main lineup includes hop-forward brews like Lager, NEIPA, West Coast IPA, Sour IPA, Pale Ale specials, and robust stouts – including Imperial Stouts and pastry sour variants. All beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised, crafted from high-quality ingredients – malts, hops, and adjuncts that create a rich flavour spectrum.

The brewery also operates its own venues in Prostějov, Olomouc, and Brno, where visitors can enjoy their wide selection of beers.

Axiom combines innovation with authenticity. Their beers appeal to fans of bold flavours – from crisp lagers and exotic NEIPAs to tart sours and heavy stouts. If you're looking for a beer that's not just a drink but an experience with a story and a personal touch from the maker, Axiom is the right choice.
