However red, black or other currant wines are the most famous variation of fruit wine, characteristic of its red-to-golden colour. This tiny fruit is rich in various vitamins, such as: C, B and E. Did you know that if you take 100 grams of fresh black currant, it equals to your daily dose of vitamin C? Not just that! Black Currant is full of mineral substances and antioxidants which help you to become more resilient to viruses, during spring or fall.

To produce a good fruit wine is believed to be harder than a standard grape wine. During the production of black currant wine, Pereg uses special way of fermentation with rototanks. Blended currants are going through fermentation process under strict temperature monitoring. Using this technology, fruit is able to keep a lot of vitamins and nutrients which would be otherwise destroyed.
