Credit for purchases

How do I get credit?
Credits are awarded as a bonus on every order and may be used towards future purchases, with a credit awarded for every EUR 0.10 that you spend. The value of each credit used on a future purchase is EUR 0.01. You must be registered as a customer to get credit. Credits are credited at the moment an order ships.

How are credits calculated?
The amount of credit is calculated separately using the price for every product separately. Credits are calculated for every EUR 0.10 of the price of the product rounded down. This means that if a purchase has a price of EUR 2.99, the amount of the credit is calculated from a price of EUR 2.90.

When do credits expire?
Collected credits are always valid for a period of 30 days from the shipment of your most recent order. If another one of your orders ships in the next 30 days but you do not use your collected credits, they will be carried forward into the next 30-day period for use. Their value will also be increased by the credits awarded for the most recent order. In this way, credits can be “saved” and used later on one larger order or on multiple smaller orders. You also receive credit on the order when you use your credits and in the amount of any financial payment towards such purchase. You can even gift credits.

Where can I see my credit balance?
Log in to the e-shop and open your account manager. This has a history of your orders and your current credit.

How can I use my credits?
Simply place the products you want in your shopping cart. After clicking on the shopping basket icon, your current credit with a selection box to use this credit is shown under the list of products.

How do I gift credits?
If you decide to gift credit to another user, after logging in to the e-shop, open the “Account management” option and then click on the “Credit management” button. Enter the amount of credit you wish to gift and the username or email address of the recipient.
We will notify you in a timely manner regarding the expiration of any credits you have collected.
